Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if items are:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging with seals intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety regulations, opened or used vape products cannot be returned, including:

  • Disposables

  • Pods and cartridges

  • Consumable products

These rules ensure quality, safety, and compliance.

  • Any products that come into contact with the mouth

Items damaged due to improper handling or normal wear and tear are also not eligible for return.

Additionally, products marked as sale, promotional, or “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team with full order details. After verification and approval, return instructions will be provided.

Items must not be returned without prior authorization—unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Returned items are inspected before refunds are approved or denied. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless our error caused the issue

  • Return shipping may be deducted from the refund

  • Processing time may vary by payment provider


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

No exchanges are offered for personal preference or incorrect orders. Approved replacements will be for the same product, if available.
